Hi Ed,
I was only kidding about updating me on your original thread. I have kept with this incredible project from the beginning. I just happened on the old thread. Will you give us a photo history in one thread.
The car really defies words

Not a problem
Fully documented from the original concept to present day on the MBClub UK site.
Without the help of a few knowledgeable U.K.AMG collectors I wouldn't have had the details of the only known NOS AMG C124WB kit.
Worked with pix and many international phone calls and emails getting the dimensions needed to pattern and modify the 911SC sheet metal to a very close match to the original kit.
Even with the original NOS AMG kit, no two builds were the same.
Fully dependent on how the body man attached the kit to get more or less "wideness"
Much different then the C126WB kit which replaced the stock front fenders and the rear fenders had a distinct body line to install to..
Will work on the car tomorrow and should have some more pix to post..

Down to the punch list..
Aftermarket ducktail needs a bit of trimming before refitting..

Will you be installing a (modified) hood pad on to protect that beautiful paint? Looks spectacular!
By the way Ed, do you still have that old ebay Advantgard grill you sent me pictures of a few years ago? It seemed like great quality. Haven'd had luck finding one like that myself yet. If so, are you willing to part with it?

The underside of the louvers will be covered by an insulated high temp reflective tape.
