1986 Mercedes Benz 300E
Honestly!
That's why I posted on here to begin with, was to see if anyone had spare parts that matched what I was looking for, that they might be willing to part with at a reasonable price.

The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly!
I have good news! I found a Company that can build my car exactly like I want it, and the man who owns the company can even help me get it into some magazine's. The bad. It will take me a very, very, very, very long time to pay for it. The Ugly. My family may still be paying for it even after I'm long gone. Don't give me much hope to enjoy it, but would still be well worth seeing it built.

I know what engine I'm going with to do my build.
I am going to use a 2jz Supra twin turbo motor. Would like to use the 6-speed manual transmission in the swap as well.

Out Of Control!!
Screw the motor!! Use the extra money to buy a wife from Uzbekistan and in her spare time let her work on the car. They are very handy with mechanical things!!

I think you sort of have an idea what you want in your head, but I don't think you have a real idea of what it would actually take to get there.
You've changed your concept, you've ignored very reasonable suggestions to just start with an 034 or 036 so you don't have to widen the front firewall. V8's already accomodate a V8 and have the appropriate firewall.
To get bigger brakes you're going to have to upgrade the LCAs and struts on the front. The V8s already have the proper ones. Or you could just spend the money.
Bigger brakes? The V8s already have that. It's a lot easier to upgrade to the Silver Arrow brakes, for instance, than from a 300E. Or you could spend the money.
Reinforce the rear subframe for your projected power levels. The V8s already have that. Or you could spend the money.
5 speed transmission? I think they only ever made 1 manual transmission Hammer. And from the W116 350SE in the seventies is a long stretch for a Mercedes manual transmission Thats the last time Mercedes offered a manual transmission with a V8. Unless you choose a BMW transmission or something. Then you have to think about the driveshafts, the yokes, the bell housings. So you could just spend the money.
Wheels will probably be the easiest thing you are trying to achieve, other than maybe the lights. As long as your do the research first.
Then, after all that you say you want to do this on the cheap?
You do realise you are essentially going against all the collected wisdom of everybody here.
I mean, it's your project and all, so do whatever you want.
The easy way is to start with a 400E/ 500E like everyone has said. But, it's your money, your car, your project. You do you.

Supra Motor Swap!
Yes, It has been done several times. Just go to YouTube, and search W124 2JZ Swap. The motor and tranny are easy to find on eBay with ECU for around $8,000. There is more I'm trying to learn before moving forward with the project, but everything looks good. To widen the track on the wheel base I have decided to go with the widebody kit from andysautosport, and a set of 18×9 inch rim set off eBay, as well as a set of wheel spacers I found in ecklers Mercedes Benz. I want to get a custom carbon fiber drive shaft, not cheap but worth it. I want to try to use a rear diff from the Supra, but if not I'm sure I can find one for the 500e. As far as this being a cheap build. Yes and No. Supra parts will be cheaper and easier to find than the true AMG Hammer parts, but I have also realized no matter how much AMG products I put into this car it will never be a TRUE Hammer, but all I want is to boost horsepower, and make it beautiful, and one of a kind. There are many places to find good cheap parts on a budget all you have to do is know where to look. I joined this forum to find people who might be able to help with parts, and/or knowledge for this build. I may have come to the wrong place for now, but I will continue my search until I find what I need.

Actually, you did come to this place for help with knowledge, but then proceeded to ignore all of it.
I think collectively we've all basically said the same thing; if you want power, start with a V8. You can get a perfectly good 400E for half the price of that Supra engine. Or less.
A 400E with a diff swap to a 2.82 from a 500E would satisfy 90% of what you need.
But like I said, it's your car. Your project. Your vision. Your money.
