release the tab and push from the inside and pull from the outside on indicator.
push/pull firmly and evenly.

make sure they click/snap into place and test the security of it.
don't be afraid to firmly push it in place, AFTER it is all lined up.

I know exactly the problem you are talking about, and what you need to do to get around it...but...uh...sorry...I only help people who show common courtesy. You're on your own.

Then removal of the corner should be a snap.
The 3.2l e320 has the airbox and I think an air duct behind the headlight so that would be the difference over a 3.0 m104 or m103 engine. remove it and you should be able to get at the corner light.

1. If you are asking for help, don't get impatient, you can't expect people to respond to a thread right away with an answer.
2. The answer you get may not be the right answer, but at least people are trying to help, and you shouldn't attack people for at least trying. Common courtesy. they took the time to at least give you help, and if they are wrong in their answer, just try to be nice and say it didn;t work any other suggestions?
3. We all own a benz thats why we are here. That being said, we can all show maturity and have a little class.
4. Go over to any other forum, honda ones, BMW ones, ETC Etc. and look at the attitudes of most people on them, most are haters who talk out of their ***. People who think they are the best, and who hate on everyone who doesn;t agree witht hem.
5. I've read the whole thread, and while I do think you and others were out of line, I did my best to simply post an answer that may help.
6. Posting your address on a public website is just plain stupid, I'd edit that post if it is your real address.
7. Personal attacks are petty, and it doesn;t help when fuel is thrown on the fire. Whether or not Daddy bought anybody anything, does not mean anything. people should be so lucky to have parents who can afford to buy them things, and hating on them is just stupid. They are insignificant in your life, so why get all worked up over it.
As you can see, a little patience is all that is needed, and an open view of things also helps.
If you managed to get the corner on, post up a pic, maybe even an apology and make nice, you will want people to help you in the future, so why make enemies, we should all be friends here, friends with a love for our beloved W124 cars and a love for modding them if we choose. And this goes for everyone who was making attacks and bickering back and forth. we are all mature enough to handle things in a mature way.
I'm 30 in less than 2 weeks, it just isn't worth it to get all worked up over petty crap. there are more important things in life.
