...Aftermarket taillights? I got a set and they dont exactly fit perfectly but they do. The weather stripping I suppose sucks on these.

Hey Tony,

Nah I got the Smoked/Red taillights from Katmac Imports on ebay. Such a deal for 69 bucks & they look sick. I'll post some pictures.

All Done & Complete

Looks good!

Seriously, it's amazing how much those stupid lights enhance the appearance of your car. Definately worth my 69 bucks.

Looks good, now you just need the insert between the tailights and license plate

Oooh...I finally saw a picture of it. It's on Zorro's car right? Looks pretty nice. How much does it run from? Hmm...that means I would possibly have to paint it too...I'll get that later. lol

I have the same tails on my 400, got them from the same guy on eBay.

I had some fit problems too, and had to do a little machine work to get them in. They look good, but there is a slight gap between the weather stripping and the metal, they don't fit exactly flush. This is always a risk with aftermarket parts, but so far so good. They've been in for six months, no problems.

yeah, they fit fine now. Although there is a little gap which I doubt is any problem. I just took out the weather strip it came one and applied the stock ones from the stock taillights and tightened it as tight as I can.

I think it is around $100.00 at the dealer at their selling price. wholesale I think it is less.

I think it is called a trunk filler panel. Just ask them about the panel that goes behind the license plate that fills the trunk lid for a 1992 model w124.

Ask them to pull up the parts blowup of the trunk, and you will see it.

I found an old post on another site I had posted the part number for my trunk lid filler panel... not sure if the panel is the same on the sedan....

Trunk filler panel part number off my 300CE.... 124 750 03 37

the euro plate insert panel is very cool for the w124's. you can do the euro rear tag and the u.s. tag.

the euro tag is cool for shows.
