Alon,

Congrads on finding that rare Zender wing. I have the other slightly taller Zender wing on mine. I think you and I are in the same boat. As much as we always say we're going to stop and that we've spent way to much money in these cars, we end up dumping more into them. It's all good to me the W124 was the first Benz I ever fell in love with.We have to get together one day and get a photo
shoot of our W124's... I'm still deciding new interior or new Corum Casino Royale watch...hmmm decisions decisions..lolz

I found it on german ebay. new old stock. got it for $70 euros (about $100.00 at the time. My German friend contacted the guy and had a friend of his pick it up. he went to germany a few months later on business, and brought it back with him on the plane. so Free shipping!

I've had it for like 4 months already and havent had it painted or installed yet. too much to do and no time or funds to do it yet.

I love the ducktail, but I like to be just a lil different I could have gotten a ducktail for $80 and when I had the bodywork done I could ahve had it moulded into the car so it had no seams, but I decided I liked the zender better. This one is super rare especially to find the coupe one!

I'm sorry Chris....but I don't think Zender rear spoiler looks better than AMG's. BTW. I bought one just yesterday for 353 Euro's which is around $465 and there's got to be a reason why they're so expensive compering to any other brand.

The AMG Ducktail is a great looking spoiler, don't get me wrong. For me I decided to be different, and I liked the look of this spoiler. I still love the look of the ducktail, it is a mean looking tail, but for it to look its best, you have to mould it into the car. THis leads to a few problems if not done right, one is that it wont look right. 2, it costs a lot of money to do this, and 3, the seams if not done right can crack and then it wont look so good anymore. And be costsly to fix.

The wing I have which I like, is not a massive wing, it is a subtle lip, it is painted then glued to the car and for extra security it is screwed down. I think it will look right at home with my car.

New this spoiler costs over $300.00 If you can find it. I happened to stumble across mine on german ebay, and the guy didn't know what he had or how much it was worth.

The only place I found it new otherwise at an actual store was on carshine.com.au in australia, and it would have cost over $700 including shipping.

AshMan.... I seriously don't know what your waiting for.... I know money are prolly the reason but if your not gonna do it soon you'll just postpone this forever my friend. Look... I wish I could have a LIP like I have on my Beemer to my Mercedes.

you can get an M3 lip and make it fit the benz I have seen it done. people use it on jettas all the time too.

Money is an issue. Right now I am saving up for my wedding, and trying to pay off all the credit cards, priorities first.
