Ok Since YOU asked.......I Think that the AMG tail lights would look a LOT better than the altezza lights
Just does NOT look good...They May look ok on a Civic..But this is NOT a Civic
Car could be lowered...The rear rims look like they are Not the correct offset?
It May be the Pic....

In my opinion, the lights look good because it's on a silver car and they match where they wouldn't look good on a red or white car, for example

Maybe I have misunderstood the meaning of "offset", isn't offset the relationship between the bolt pattern and the rim's positioning?

If the offset was incorrect, I wouldn't be able to install the rims in the first place, would I?

I think it looks just o.k. In my opinion the e55 tails are about as good as it gets for the w210. Those IMO just dont suit mercedes. But to each his own.

offset can be 'wrong' for the car and it would still fit. but the downside
might be that it is aesthetically displeasing or that it might stress the suspension

sorry, just being brutally honest..

not feeling it with the rims..maybe if you could drop it it'll look nicer...perhaps going an inch bigger too?

I think the taillamps looks cool..but the E55 smoked ones is still one of the best tails to put on the W210.

and what rear spoiler is that? looks somewhat weird..

tail lights don't really bother me as much as the rear looking higher then the front and it also looks like the front wheels on the rear?????????
maybe you should get some spacers on the rear

i like how your car looks but overall i dont like your tail lights and rims. remember, your car is not a ricer. You dont wana put any rice looking tail lights on it. E55 tail lights would be nice. About your rims, Im not really feeling it. It reminds me of rota gt-3, maybe coz of the offset. Just slap some 19" staggered polish wheels...oh man! you'll be set.

I think the tail lights are ok but they look better on a dark grey color or any other paint color that matches the tail light color, and something does look off on your rims.

You defenitly need to drop it though.

Good Luck with your project.

The tail lights look pimp on that color. It NEEDS to be lowered. That exhaust should find a new home.

michakaveli, I've been meaning to ask you... did your car come from the factory with the marker lights on the fender, or did you add those?

I added those on myself. I got the measurements from Whitey a while back.... masked the area off, used a dremel to cut it out and some of the OEM touch up paint to paint the exposed sheet metal and it's been good for 3 years since. I tapped into the front turn signal for the power.

I love the look and it helps alot when changing lanes. On the highway if you have some dumbass in your blindspot it lets them know you gonna do something. Safety First! LOL

Quote: Offer any opinions, what you think of the new tail lights or the whole car overall.....
The problem with asking others to offer an opinion is that frequently, the other opinions don't coincide with what we are really looking for, and that's affirmation of one's own opinion.

Saying that, I myself don't care for the tail lights or the wheels. But it's your vehicle, so my subjective opinion doesn't matter: it's what YOU like, and what YOU think looks great. The reality is that we don't all want the same color 'E', with the same wheels, with the same lowering kit, etc. looking at us at every stoplight. We all want something a little different than the next guy. So set yours up to what you think is your version of your dream vehicle, not mine or anyone else's.

I feel that it does need to be lowered but that's something you may already be contemplating. It took me five years to decide to change out the wheels and tires, all the while saying I didn't want to lower it. That view changed, of course, once I did change out the wheels. Since lowering it, I think mine now looks far better than when I first changed the wheels and too much tire-to-fender gap. Part of the fun is the learning curve of what we would like to have done, and sometimes that leads to what now needs to be done.

As one of the sayings go: "Life's a Journey; Enjoy the Ride."

Tasho, thanks for posting alternate pictures. Let's see, I can almost live with the wheel design, car should be dropped a bit as suggested by the others. The exhaust system does NOT look good - -it's bordering on silly.

The car looks like a very nice specimen, otherwise.

I think the car is rolling a very unfinished look as of now. I think that if you could continue on and maybe tell us whats next for the car, like exhaust relocate or drop or rim change....Whats the future of the car? Or are you planning on leaving it like that?

Suspension is staying for numerous reasons. Thw exhaust on th other hand, haha is getting tucked in more and also having the front muffler removed as well and upgraded to a 2 3/4 in. back from the cats..

Kind of a ricer look, except the lights blend with the paint color. Any other color would look awful.

IMHO, I would go after a more European (german) look instead.
