Long story short, I found a local steel cable factory and ask them if they can make a long flexible dip stick w/ the spec I want.
Surprisingly, they did!!!!!! For only $12 that come w/ little plastic holder too.
Of couse, thanks to uberwgn's help. (photo 1)
As you can see, although, it does NOT has a little fency plastic tip, but it works perfectly!!!! (try your local yellow page, I am sure they should able to do that for you)

To be honest, I have no idea.
I only remember that I should drive the car around 20 min to get my tranny oil warm up to 80 degree.
Park the car on the flat surface, shut down the engine and wait 3 min.
And make sure the level is between "higher" notch.
Any expert out there ????????? (please advice)

there are two measurements on the dipstick tool. You can check you level at 20C (might be 25C??) or 80C. Either reference point verifies a good fill level. In my experience, it takes a while to get the trans oil temp up to 80C unless you do a lot of highway driving.
You should have one of the digital thermometers to verify oil temp.
