19x8.5 ET25 & 19x9.5 ET28 on a W201

ok, I would like to know, what must i do to install these wheels on a W210 ... rubbing issues? ...

It's CLS AMG wheels. I just love them.

One question, what tire to use with 19s ... 18s is 235/40/18 & 255/35/18 ... for 19s ? can i use the same width and had /35 & 30 size to the tires?

That's a negative. Won't fit.

You typically run 245/35/19 in the front, with the extra 10mm width to meet the appropriate load capacity.

You'll need to buy a different car. As I said in my previous post, those wheels don't fit the W210. The offset is WAY too low.

What offsets are those rims? CLS rims should fit fine, since w210 typically require a lower offset like the CLS and R129. I fit some 18x10 AMGs on the rear of a W210 wagon and they have a 25mm offset. The fronts are 18x8.5 with a 25mm offset also, but I haven't fitted the complete set on, only one rear wheel (need to buy new tires and lugs).

If lowered will definitely rub, but very flush with the fenders and looks sicc Also keep in mind, my rear rims are half inch wider than those CLS rims (12.7mm)

hope this helps

Wheels / Rims and Fitment
The W210 chassis originally came with one of the following OEM wheel setups:

* E300/E320: 16 x 7.5” ET41
* E420: 16 x 7.5” ET41
* E430: 16 x 7.5” ET41 (before 2000); 17 x 7.5” ET41 (after 2000)
* Sport Package: 17 x 7.5” ET37
* Special Edition: 17 x 8” ET35
* E55: 18 x 8” ET31 front, 18 x 9” ET35 rear

an et25 will bolt on obviously because it has the MB bolt pattern, but when mounted with tires it may stick out and cause rubbing

The sizes are these

2x 8,5Jx19 ET30 und 2x 9,5Jx19 ET33

Usually, what tire size do you use with 19s ( who has them of course ) ?

using a 19 staggered set up then tires would be
245/35/19 front
275/30/19 rear

By bolt on I mean that when mounted they were able to rotate freely, yielding a compatible offset that doesn't interfere with brake calipers and such. As mentioned before, will definitely rub if lowered. Still drove around a little bit with it on, too fresh 265's in the back would probably alleviate the rubbing issue.

18x10, 275/35/18 (excuse the poor picture quality, they were done on my phone)

Agentmurdoc, your car has the profile the europeans go for, I like it.... sure has that appearance of a steamroller rolling down the road. But for me with a width like that I'd prefer it to be lowered, unfortunately though as you previously stated ..RUBBING .... so in essence energie's et 33 will be perfect

Even though it's only a 5mm difference in offset, those new sizes should work much better than the ET25 front & ET28 rear you originally asked about.

Keep in mind that anytime you're near the limit of width & offset, the shape and actual dimensions of the specific tire you choose can impact rubbing. Not all "245" tires are the same physical width, and there's great variation in the shoulder design.

good luck
