Engine rpm block (4500)

Hi Guys!

My promlem, that have one W124 CE320 automatic me. I modified the transmission, now 5 speed manual. But now the problem, that the ECU block up the engine 4500RPM.

I know because he does not see the automatic transmission, but I do not know what to do. I put the engine back in and I do not have the wiring harness for the gearbox/transmission. Is there a chance to solve this? I can not find an electrical drawing that I can use to disable the block.

Does anyone have any experience, knowledge in this case?

Regards, Smafu.

this is a late reply and who knows if you still have this car but when i changed my spark plug and igniters along with my cat i saw a huge jump in performance. i was the thinking the e320 was a bit sluggish but then again its 18 years old. at least the one i have is.
