Check Engine Light Codes P0432/P0422

Check Engine Light Codes P0432/P0422
On my 2001 E320 AWD wagon [94K] I'm getting these 2 codes only:
P0422 - Main Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1)
P0432 Main Catalyst Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 2)
I've cleared the codes often and within 15 restarts they reappear again with the CEL staying on till I clear it again.
Work recently done:
new battery
new Bosch spark plugs +2
New air filter
Cleaning of the MAF with CNC cleaner
High test gas only
Wagon runs strong with no hesitation at all but the CEL reappears with the same messages:

Help with any suggestions at this time!

Bad cat,You are over 80 thou so the dealer won't replace.Someone will chime in with an aftermarket part that will do the job and not cost an arm and a leg,like the dealer cat.

If you have a good shop near by they should have the ability to splice in replacement cats,for less than $200
Anyone with a link to those mercedes universal cats that run about 60 bucks apiece?
Are they rattling?

call first to confirm part for right and left side.
eastern makes a lot of the oe replacements so quality is par.
anyone have a better supplier?It looks like they also have the whole system o2 sensors and all.
