I purchased the vanity mirror with cover from dealer in Morristown, NJ for $63. I carefully
used a butter knife to pry out the mirror. There are 4 clips, so I pried at those positions. The mirror cover was missing when I bought the car. The bottom comes out first and then the top slides downward. I put in the new one, top first, and snap in the bottom. Everything works perfectly. Thanks to everyone and I hope this helps someone.

Upsider down
Ok. I had to use the switch from the driver's side visor to get the passenger side operational, which if fine because the driver's side visor is dirty, has a broken vanity cover that is missing, and the visor won't operate easily, has vanity glass that is totally scratch up, etc. So, the passenger side is up and running with nails used as pins in the cover. Works fine.
However, not only is the vanity designed like crap, it operates like crap. In the open position, the vanity cover blocks the light beam from the roof!! Huh? Incredibly ****-poor design.
Thanks to all the wizards here for their help, especially hadam, keep up the great work.
Now I'm in the market for a new gray color drivers' side visor assembly, or maybe this gives me the opportunity to look into a Visor TV, or something.

Experiment with installing the vanity upside down.
