Wow, 245's on 10" wheels ?! Isn't that stretching it out a bit too much? 265 is pushing it on 10" and I wouldn't be too comfortable with 225 on 8.5" wheels either. How is the drive with these sizes? Be careful not to lose a tire aroung a turn. Is there any way to fit wider tires or will they rub?

If you're handy with a rattlecan and clear coat paint and polishing afterwards you can do it yourself. I'm redoing most of my pitted front bumper myself, part by part...

I'm using color-coded MOTIP carpaint, but it states to put the clearcoat on 30mins after the final coat of color so that they can bond optimally...

year 2000 model E-320 210 chassis
Did you prime over the origenal paint? And why did you paint your bumper? bumper scuffs?
I'm planning on doing mine, has a few bumper scuffs and nicks from nondrivers *******s trying to park infront of, or behind me.
would like to see some pics of your final job! looks good though.

The parts I did already was because of bumper scuffs and a few pits. No priming, I just clean the original paint by wiping it with thinner. Only use thinner when you're about to repaint cuz it'll permanently dull your original paint! Ayways the grille-area of my bumper is badly pitted and now it really stands out against the shiny new painted parts. If the weather stays good today I might get around painting some more...if so I'll post pics.
