How do you reset your transmission computer to readjust to your driving style?

How do you reset your transmission computer to readjust to your driving style?
Please tell me it's easy and not required to go to the stealership...

posted before but fun,get in car close doors,a must,turn key to on position,***not start ***but the one just before it.press the pedal to the floor all the way hold it there for 10-15 seconds with the key still on ,keep the pedal down and turn off the ignition switch,then you can lift your lead foot.don't touch anything for two minutes to let the ecu reset.you are good to go,go,go,!readapt is ready.some peeps do it weekly,some cars really come alive others marginal.

I highlight the not start part cuz some idiot did it once on start and had to be told why his engine went bonkers on the rev limiter that kicks in when revin in park at 4500 rpm,not good for trans preasure,blows up BMW trans,at least mb is stronger
