I ordered my rotors for all for corners of my car from oempartsdirect.com on August 18th and i still haven't recieved any word of shipment or tracking order. I've e-mailed the guy two times with no response. Has anyone else used this company before and if so how did you make out?

I ordered the new smart key and some parts to fix my sunroof from them. It took a while to process but I got my stuff.

Call thier 800 number on the site or 540-344-6284 and ask for the merc parts dept.

Wow that sucks...I saved a lot of $$$ getting my keys from there, and I had planed on getting some other things as well. I guess not any more.

On a note though, when I did get my key shipment, it was missing one extra mech key...which I just got about 2-3 weeks ago (The order was placed 2 months before that, so I had given up/forgot about it.)


Moral of the story - I finally got everything I ordered, but it took a looong time and none of my emails were responded to.

Now it all makes sense (And I feel bad for wriitting off Jamie's responsability factor, sorry dude! )

NOW if

we could get Ron at germanstar or the folks at autohausaz.com to carry the new keys and program them,we could do most all of our shopping in two great suppliers.Any leads on new key style deals?

That's odd. I have been communicating with Jamie starting on 8/23 (via email). Just received my new Smart Key yesterday 8/28. Key works great and received it quickly

Me too. He emailed me several times during the process of getting my key back in July. Also the 800 number on the site goes to his voicemail (he never answered when I called)
