I filled out my sig a few weeks back and since then I have been getting PM's from people wanting to see my mods. The Kleemann header thread has increased the inquiries as well.

There's really not much to see. Most of my mods are still in boxes and not on the car. Heres some pics of the currently installed mods except for the shift knob because I couldn't get it to focus for some reason. Anyway its the same style "Carlsoon" shift knob they sell on formymercedes dot com. I should be installing my Brembo BBK in the next couple weeks and will post updated pics at that time.

19"x8.5" Carlsson 1/6 ET37 with BFG KDW2 245/35/19s on all corners. H&R cupkit with #5 pads front and #1 rear (I will be changing them to #3 all around).....Car is very dirty inside and out and it was raining so sorry for the poor pics

i wonder why this supercharger only gains 80 hp? at what pressure will you run it at max?

my lorinser charger got me 80 hp

and how much are the kleeman headers?...and do they really increase something, i havent thought about that yet at all
do you know if they also have headers for the v6 320 ?

I think white is the best color for the W210. I'm guessing you feel the same

Nitros HPS supercharger gave him 107HP at the rear wheels which is 120+ at the flywheel. I'm hoping to gain somewhere close to that #. Is your 80 at the wheels or the flywheel?

Not sure about the V6 headers. Kleemann claims 20-25 HP for my car N/A that should go up with the SC. I posted the price I paid in my Kleemann headers thread.

Sorry Richard I missed this post. I've been slowly installing the HPS. Right now I have most of the parts installed and wires lengthened that can be done while still allowing the car to operate normally. After I get my headers back and done I will pull the throttle body, airbox, etc and bolt on the rest of the supercharger kit. I didn't want to bolt on the SC while I still had rattling cats. I figure that could have been a nightmare. I have a local shop who is a Kleemann distributor that is confident they can handle the HPS tuning. I will let everyone know how it turns out. Right now the SC is still probably a few months off. I'm hoping to install my front and rear BBK and front Kmac kit next Saturday. I will post pics of the brakes when I install them. I'll also put my other brand new Kmac kit (doesn't fit 210) up for sale at that time.

No wurries! I admire the direction your taking your performance mods, I look forward to your progress and results. Good stuff, glad to hear you have someone capable of doing the tuning....it's critical that it's done right to make decent power and longevity for the motor. Mark at Split Second is a good source to consult with if in case needed, he's got experience with both Gen 1 & 2 models. Him & I did several experiments with my Gen 2.

I noticed you have the Coolingmist listed on your sig as a future mod, this is very smart purchase as I would never run a FI power adder without some chemcial cooler...just my personal experience. I used the Aquamist on my Gen 2 setup and since then have experiemented with 3 other brands. I suggest using a unit with a progressive controller.

Lastly, I fryed one of my piston on the E430 (been so long can't remember which one)...my fault tho, got greedy and ramp the psi to +10 at the track. I rebuilt the motor in my garage, also found out the cylinder walls are too thin for FI before the re-sleeve....so keep it at a safe PSI.
