Spark plug tip
If you don't have or can't find a low range torque wrench for the plug change on the 112/113 engines I found this handy and adjustable 16mm plug socket extension, would take the place of using a short extension and would pay for itself in the ease of getting a small handle regular ratchet wrench in there.
also remember no anti seize on the plug threads.

nevermind i can't find the link

Tons
of info and i loose one really cool find!
It works just like the 16mm torque socket over on mercedesshop.com parts section, but theirs is about 250 bucks so it pretty much makes it a shop tech tool for someone that does plugs for a living, which might be a lucrative business
idea...."SPARK PLUGS R US"
if I can't find it,just get a small torque wrench, and it's not a bad idea to spray some crc maf cleaner down the plug alleys before you pull the plugs and let it dry then blow the area with an air nozzel or a can of spray air for key boards, helps make sure no sand and dirt get on the new clean threads of the plugs you are installing.
Remember,no need to remove the wires from the coils.and use that 17mm boot tool.

I already bought the 17mm tool from amazon as you recommended, thanks! I'll swap the plugs and wires when I get back from my business trip in Jersey next weekend.

You'll never get an accurate torque reading with antiseize on threads. You will consistently overtighten such items.
In addition, the antizeize will just harden into junk that will fall into your cylinder next time you remove the plug.
Bosch recommends against antiseize.
And, if you're interested in the "cheap" way to find the proper torque, read this:

speaks wisdom,great tips and link.
Years of practice on the non tq wrench installs and I leave mine in the tool box.New to diy, probably best to get a low range tq. wrench.just to be safe.
Plugs are plated with nickel now and no seize issues and proper torque.
the other problem with anti seize is also the same issue with o2 sensors,if even a smidge gets on the electrode it will arc that plug into oblivion.
so none on plugs and on o2 sensors only on the upper most threads.

I have a torque wrench but thanks for the link, I never knew that. Now here comes my stupid question, how much do I torque the plugs, lol?
