I own a 1999 W210 Mercedes.
Unhappy Neutral Safety Switch

Anyone know where exactly the neutral safety switch is located on an 96
E320? I need to replace mine and dont even have an idea how much it is.... thanks guys.

300E a couple 1994 w124wagon E320 Wagon/,1971MGB Track/Rally, MG Midget Autocross ,2000 E320 wagon.

at the side of the trans where the linkage is located,don't know who carries the part but you can call autohaus.com or online and they will quote it for you.
Is it broken or can you clean it and adjust it?

really dont know what it needs, i guess ill pull it off first and see what it needs. Before i would just have to push the shifter all the way forward and i would be able to start it but now it wont start unless i put it in neutral. . .

get dirty or can fall out of range,On some models they have a little slide to adjust +or -
