Check Engine
So I was on the way to work, with my fuel light on, very low, but i was determined I would make it and have enough gas to get to the gas station... I was wrong... 
So RIGHT as I got in the parking lot, my car started shaking, at that very moment I knew I was out of gas, so I QUICKLY found a parking spot, right in the nick of time and shut the car off, so my co-workers helped me out by getting me a gas tank and giving me a ride to and from a gas-station, I fill her up and start the car to leave, CHECK ENGINE light comes on, and is still on, but my car is running beautifully, I am befuddled...
Any input please?

It
will go off.The emissions systems detected what it perceives to be a large leak in the system and triggered the code.Give it time to complete a few drive cycles that it no longer detects that condition and the light will go bye bye

get the code read,either buy the 94169 scanner at harborfreight tools for 39 bucks or go to autozone and get them read for free.Something tripped a code and we need it to fix it.Could be anything from putting your gas cap on properly to faulty mass air sensor to.....
so get that code and we will get on it
