I am wondering where could I get the info on what is done for service A and Service B and how to reset after the service.

how many miles on it?
Over 60k miles get the transmission fluid changed and the filter,mb spec fluid only.Diy on benzworld.org and mercedesshop.com
have the transfer case serviced on the 4matic.

transfer case
for the 4 matic needs to be serviced and the transmission needs it.The fleece filter is for the oil change it goes hand in hand with the 0w40 synthetic engine oil so the filter lasts as long as the 10-12k mile oil change intervals.
you will see it under oil filter kit in the autohausaz.com section for your model and year.
