Question My "SRS" light turned on.

OK guys so the other day i was checking my fuses to see which one went bad when i put in my radio. I removed one by one until i found the bad one. But now my SRS light came on and will not go off. I tried removing the fuse for the airbags and plugged it back in but it still comes on.

Any ideas???

Thanks guys.

you

played around with the fuses with the key on?First rule to avoid doing anything with the fuses with the key in.Open up the little battery negative flap in the pass side foot well, disconnect the terminal step on the brakes for 30 seconds rehook up the neg terminal,do the resync of the windows and sun roof enter the radio code and start the engine turn the wheels all the way left to right and back a few times. This will reset whatever you inadvertently unhooked.
I think

I know that the Airbag fuse also controls the steering wheel controls. I accidently shorted out my airbag passenger seat sensor and blew a fuse. all the controls in my steering wheel went out until i replace the fuse

My SRS light came on (96 E320) a few months ago, too. Not sure what steps should I do to check and correct this issue. Can someone help? Pictures would be great also. Thanks
