Rear head rests...

if you've already tried the switch on the dash panel and the rear headrests
still aren't going down,
- pop out the rear seat bottom cushion
- pull off the rear seat back (3 bolts at the bottom)
- reach through and manually manipulate rests out
- temporarily replace seat back/cushion
- get windows tinted
- remove cushions again and troubleshoot cause of headrest ailment
