Rear head rests...

...I cant get them down and want to tint the windows. How can I put them down manually please?

99 E320
if you've already tried the switch on the dash panel and the rear headrests
still aren't going down,

- pop out the rear seat bottom cushion
- pull off the rear seat back (3 bolts at the bottom)
- reach through and manually manipulate rests out

- temporarily replace seat back/cushion
- get windows tinted
- remove cushions again and troubleshoot cause of headrest ailment

Make

sure to use the new ceramic tint,non metallic,your antenna is in the back window and you want the best reception don't you?
