Lamp Defective
Whenever I turn just my inner lights or all of my headlights on the left inner light doesnt seem to work, but the brights do, it will go from 0 light to brights... what is going on? are there two light bulbs?

Yeah, there are two bulbs there. It just means that the smaller bulb (city lights), are out. Just purchase some new ones and install and you should be good.

bulb,autohausaz.com get 2 and keep one in a spares box in the trunk.or pay
times as much and get 2 from the dealer for about 16 bucks.

polish the
lenses per the diy on benzworld.org w210 diy section.The outer plastic gets hazy and you can make it look like new.Then install 4 65watt rally bulbs from

I had that front light out and couldnt find the H6 at my local Autozone or Pep boys. I bought a 4w bulb that looks the same and is labeled "For European cars" Works fine except it is slightly dimmer then the existing bulb on the other side. I mainly wanted to get rid of the pesty "Lights Malfunction" message. Anyway I can either order the H6 bulbs or replace the other side with the 4W bulb that I bought.
At least my malfunction message is gone.
