My father recently passed away and he had a 2000 E430 Sport with 18" Amg Monoblocks. The car only has 23,000 original miles as he only used it once in awhile and it was always gargaed. He had it serviced only a few times, brakes changed, tires changed etc but the car has never given us any problems.

The car is now mine and I would like to make sure she stays in the family in good shape. Im going to use the car on a semi regular basis and was just wondering if there is anything I need to be aware of, or what I should check on before I end up with a world of headache. Obviously the miles are low, but it is 8 years old, anything I should do to keep her running smooth?

The only thing I noticed was at about 60+mph on the highway there is a vibration in the steering wheel. Balance Im assuming or something worse?

in the tires also look for flat spotting from sitting and have them balanced.
Change the oil,,diy on benzworld.org w210 section use mobil1 0w40 syn and fleece filter from autohausaz.com.oil at some walmarts napa etc.
Change the air filter autohausaz.com for that as well.
change the brake fluid ,the coolant,and the power steering fluid.
Plugs can wait but since it has been sitting don't wait till 100k which is spec do it at about 40k.
Use premium fuel only.
