Light on e-Bay
Has anyone bought tail lights from e-bay? I note ohlords comments about quality and wonder if anyone out there has actually bought them? I have an E230 and the tail, park, break light light fitting is cooked (burnt and distorted). I hear its a common problem. Anyone know of an upgrade of better quality than the standard fitting?

I have a set of the "wave" style LED tails made by Eagle Eyes. they are not up to MB quality but they are decent enough for me. I've had them on my car for approx 30,000 miles in rainy Washington state and no leaks, problems, or lamp errors at all. I am happy with them.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm a bit dubious about the quality of the standard fitting. The posts in this forum tend to confirm that there is a major defect in the tail light fittings for the W210 models. Are the non-standard fittings of a similar design - apart from the LEDs of course?
