command problem

command problem
i have tried to use my navigation today but was unable to move the cursor around the map area to select a destination. has anyone had this problem before and found a solution?

E430 4matic 2001 & ML430 2000 both Silver / Ash
I never experienced this problem. But, try resetting the Comand unit by removing the battery lead for about a minute.

Also try this...remove the Nav CD and see if that will fix it

+1 happened to mine as well for a strange reason but simple cd reboot solved it
