I'm looking to sell my 2001 E430 4matic but not sure where i should put it with price wise on the current market.

86,000 miles which is 90% Freeway from all my long road trips
-Black on black, could use new paint as car has rock damage on ride side
-Interior is very clean, just needs new mats
-fully serviced by me at all intervals, including all new bosch plugs
-Just did all new rotors and pads, will be replacing front pads again due to brake squeal that i cannot get rid of even after numerous brake paste applications
-New conti-pro contacts all around
-Rims could use refinishing
-New MAF, Digital Display, Babysmart sensor, speedo sensor, crank sensor
-Needs new changer in rear as always displays "No magazine"
Car might need the bushings in the control arms or sway bar as it creeks upon stopping.
Car runs great and drives great. I would hate to sell it even with the problems i have had with it, but i want something brandy new.
What do you think is a good price to put on the market as you can see it does need some work. Thanks in advance

Little it also depends on where you live.
I see that you have a 4matic. If you live up north it may add $1000 or more to its sale value against southern states where it hardly snows.
