I saw this on ebay. I wonder how much it will sell for. It is fully loaded.
The color is rare.

in person that color is horrible. a friend of mine's mother bought a brand new sl55 in that color, everyone that saw her driving always asked "what was she thinking?" we called it aqua blue crap. excuse the better terms.
price on it (assuming you like the color) i'd say 11-12k max

Anyways, I like all the options but the color. Silver is the color for me.
Let's see how much it will sell for.

Chances of finding a W210 with those seats elsewhere is pretty remote.
HIDs on a W210 are a bit rare, too.
I'd bet the Tele Aide hasn't been updated to digital.
Looks like a V60 phone holder so maybe pretty easy to put in the Bluetooth puck.
Looks pretty good overall to me but I'd want a PPI to include a VMI--nice to know all the warranty replacements, etc.
Just past the warranty period for the cat converters and would be nice to know it they've been replaced. Should certainly be inspected.

You are more than welcome. Your car is such a rare bird, and I know this because I've been looking for a 2001-2002 E430 with a lot of options and yours is the only loaded one I have heard of. My E320 has almost as many as yours, but I still miss the 8 cylinders I had in my 1998 E430. I can live without parktronic and 4matic (no winters here to speak of), but I'd really like to have the multicoutour seats.

The only thing is that as soon as I sold my 2000 E320 and replaced it with this 2001 E430 4matic the gas price went up to $4.30 for premium!!
They must have been waiting for me!
Oh well, I still like the V8 power and the bells & whistles on it.

Should have gotten a diesel
, I have been running bio for about 80 cents a gallon.... Its much more fun to add the mods like ventilated seats, euro comand, bluetooth, power folding mirrors, mf cluster, mf steering wheel, Comand Controllable DVD, parktronic, etc. I picked up a set of ventilated seats wood panel, for 300 bucks off ebay....Added them in to my pre facelift w210 and all is good. Can't wait for my next mod, heated rear seats!

In my experience, there is a minimal MPG difference between those 2 on an interstate highway using cruise control. City driving is a different matter. I'm with you on the 8 cylinders and all those options!
