steering column housing

1998 E320 4-matic, 1980 450SLC
steering column housing
The directional lever and the cruise control lever housing is loose in my 98 E320. Can anyone tell me how to get to the screws that hold it in place so I can tighten it. I searched and found nothing. Any help out there? How about ohlord, you have been very helpful.
