Auto up-window dosent work

Auto up-window dosent work
I just `picked up my car from the body shop, and i think they disconected my battery, cuz my clock was wrong and non of the auto up features on the windows work.
How do i reset it???

300E a couple 1994 w124wagon E320 Wagon/,1971MGB Track/Rally, MG Midget Autocross ,2000 E320 wagon.
It's in the
owners manual,or just roll each window all the way down and then one by one press the up switch for each window until it is closed and hold it for about 5 seconds more before lettting go.Repeat for each window in turn and then the same for the sunroof.That will resync all the windows.Did they enter the radio code?

I will do that in a bit and see if it works.
The radio, is a aftermarket DVD player, so its works fine, thanx.
