How to replace o2 sensor?

I hate taking my car to the stealership!!! I took my 1997 E420 to autozone for a check engine light check and the results were: cylinder misfire #7 and catalyst efficiency low-bank #1 (o2 sensor). I just need help with the procedure for changing an o2 sensor

02 sensor

I dont know what the cats is? the code is P0422 and P0307. I took it to autozone and that was on the receipt. as far as the miles, 145000. The car drives rough. When its in drive, and your stopped at a stop light for example, the car feels like its shaking. Now I did replace two of the cylinders at the stealership approx 7 months ago. I seen an universal O2 sensor online http://www.car-stuff.com/carparts/me...W45e4a7e90676a
They sell both the 2 and 4 wire. The thing is, they are selling it for $20. Im kinda spectical because all the other stores are selling it between $90 & $115. Can I use these? http://www.car-stuff.com/carparts/me...sos-40001.html

If yes, then heres a cheap place to get them, if not then does any one have a better lead?
