Those look

massively wide. What width and diameter and offset are they front and back? And what tires are you installing?

18x8.5 up front, 18x9.5 in back, all with a 43mm offset. I will be running them with 10mm hubcentric spacers and 235/40's up front, 265 35's in back. Kumho Ecsta ASX will be the tires this time around due to budget contraints.

I think I lined up both 9.5" rears for the pics, hence the seeming massive width.

Nope, keeping it stock height. I briefly contemplated swapping to #1 spring pads all around, but don't want to deal with any alignment issues that may arise. I've already got two moneypits (old BMW & 12v diesel Dodge), so I'm trying to keep it simple with the MB.

I'm fairly certain they'll fit up front as I've previously run 235/40/18 on 7.5" wide wheels with 36mm effective offset (46 offset with 10mm spacers) and though it was pretty close, there were a few millimeters to spare. It's the rears I'm a bit worried about, but others on the forum have stated that they should fit fine.

Not too worried about it...here's the car with 18" w220 S600 wheels on stock suspension from a couple years ago.
