Not sure of the front ET. I would go with a 235 front tire with that ET. You do not have much extra to play with in the font especially with that large of a wheel. A 245 with that ET may rub and will on a bounce. You should also consider rolling the fender lip with a 245 up front. The rears should not pose a problem as stock ET would be 35 front and rear. The rear has alot more room to work with. My set up is 18x8.5 w/245-40-18 with ET35 frt and rolled lip and and 18x9.5 w/35ET with 285-18-35 rear
I believe that I have seen on this site a 31 ET front will also work. Ask for Oh Lord's opinion as he is/was a former MB tech I believe and can steer you right.

300E a couple 1994 w124wagon E320 Wagon/,1971MGB Track/Rally, MG Midget Autocross ,2000 E320 wagon.
Me a tech?
Nope just racing and building Cars for 40 years.I have friends who are great techs, and we exchange information and tools and access to SDS machines etc.
But I would rather be tarred and feathered doing it for a living
When in doubt always revert to factory AMG offsets 31 front on an 8 and 35 rear on a 9. 235's/40 and 265's/35 18's will allow you wiggle room in tire maker profiles.
If you are lowering the car, best to have the proper budget for camber eccentrics and rear links for proper suspension geometry.
Do it right and you will be pleased.Do it wrong and we all see the parts up for sale on craigslist or the member classifieds

My apologies. Your level of knowledge is very good and I guess I just assumed. Either way the advice is good and has saved many a few dracmas.
