Squeaky blower motor?
Couldn't find an answer from a search, so...
My blower makes a muted, high-pitch squeak/whistle, especially when set at higher speeds. Blower functions perfectly...could it just need lubrication? Or is this a sign of an impending failure?

You
can get to the blower motor.Follow my diy on www.benzworld.org for cabin filter replacement in the w210 section,or the diy on replacing the blower regulator.Listen to the motor bearing with a mechanics stethoscope(on sale now at harborfreight tools for about a buck99) and tell if the bearing is going.
if not the bearing the noise you might be hearing could be coming from dirty cabin and pollen filters and the air trying to wheeze its lungs through the dirt and dust on the filters.Last option is if you are hearing the sound only while the air conditioning is on,then your r134a is low.Is it hot enough where you are located to need the ac on
If not start with the first 2 options.

I just installed one recently that squeaked a bit. A little shot of silicone spray where the shaft sticks out of the bottom of the blower motor resolved it so far.
