Codes from CEL

OK, I just purchased a code reader and these are the codes I read in order:
P0173
P0170
P0130
P0150
U0930
P0150
P0170
The reader is an Innova. The first shows up with "frame freeze".
The last 3 show up with "pending". Not sure how/if that factors in somehow.
The car is a 2001 E320. About 70k miles. No performance issues.
I'm going to first of all purchase a new air filter just in case. I read that a likely scenario maybe to replace the MAF. I'll try cleaning it tonight and then see if that does anything.
Any further advice or advice where I should purchase the MAF if needed?
THx.

o2 sensor codes don't waste your time cleaning it just replace with new oem frrom www.autohausaz.com
don't buy from ebay don;t buy from your local auto parts store.
Slap it in and clear the codes.
Done

Just did it

Just went to Autohaus and ordered both. Thx.
So once I install the MAF do I need to erase the CEL codes with the Code Reader or do they go away by themselves?

09' E320
Erase them. The MAF will calibrate itself to your engine within 1 hr or 50 miles of drive time.
