Differental Fluid

I know I need a sevice manual but just a few questions. I'm planning on changing the differental fluid, any suggestions on what type to use? It appears when I looked at mine, 00 e430 there is a drain plug and a fill plug. Also, I plan on changing out the coolant with zerex g-05 any Ideas on the cooling capacity, I bought 2 gallons. My owners manual doesn't possess this information. Thanks for the imput! I did a search for a differental thread on here but couldn't find the appropriate one.

Differential - Most important tip is to be sure fill plug is loose BEFORE draining.
