Probably not...that particular SL-Class (R129?) usually ran lower offsets with staggered setups to get the wheels to sit flush with the fenders. I believe the stock, non-staggered wheels (not those pictures) have the proper offsets (~35mm), but would require special lug bolts.
I looked into several beautiful sets of staggered wheels from the R129 (including some old-school forged 3-pc AMG wheels), but the offsets were WAY too low for a w210 without major fender work. Ended up running forged staggered 18's with 10mm spacers from a w221 S600.

Find out more info, wheel widths and offsets and tire sizes. Info sould be stamped in the back of each wheel.
Like these? Lowered 2.5" all around with no fender work done when I drove on these just fine, hell I even had room to push them further out another 10mm. Tires are mildly stretched though.

Incredible wheels. Would the offset of those wheels happen to be 17 & 18? I'm curious because I'm looking at a similar set that I'd like to put on my car. Thanks in advance.

The front wheels may be the same dimension and offset as the 210 front amg wheels. part number for the 210 front amg wheels is HWA1294010102. Dimension 8x18, ET31 210 rear amg wheels are 9x18 ET35.
At least you now have something to compare with..

From the looks, those are not original R129 rims. Read the width and ET inside and that will tell you.
From my experience the rims from R129, W210, to some degree W211 and C class (not sure the models) are straight exchangable, when S class has higher offset.
W212 changed the offset as well, so even my W211 spare fits on W212, I yet have to try the normal wheel.
