New wheels, center caps dont fit. Fitment help
Im pretty new to this forum, i dont own a benz personally but i figured you guys would know this. My sibling has a 2000 E320 and recently had new rims put on. Nothing too crazyy, I think they are 18s. My problem is the rims fit great, but the front hubs pop out making it UNABLE to have front center caps. I figured it would be a good gift for the holidays. Do any of you know a specific centercap that will fit on a E320 of this year, and go around the hub issue? The center caps fit the rear, its just the fronts are a few milimeters off and just dont fit. I thought maybe one of you benz guys could help me out. Is this a known issue? It is a luxtury car and not made for this but its worth a try asking. Maybe theres some sort of deep centercap avaliable?

Mercedes center caps are the same for all models and versions of OE Mercedes wheels.

And don't you just love those multiple fitment diameters? Wonder what the spacing will be like between all those holes?
If the hub is out to far measure the amount and install a 5mm hubcentric spacer if that is enough room then you can pop in the center cap.Pricey solution.
Another would be go to discount tire shop if you have one near you and get a set of center caps from another custon wheel maker that have a bulge in the cap to fit over an extended hub.
