I don't think those look that classy, I think they would cheapen the look of your car. Plus cheap wheels tend to not be very sturdy or well made, and the finish usually starts to degrade fairly quickly. Those tires don't belong anywhere near a Mercedes either. I would go with something more like these. I just got a set of wheels very similar to those Brabus and can't wait for spring to arrive to stick them on.

Well, the Brabus rims are much nicer and certainly will be higher quality. Cheaper too....

But, you just got your car, rolltide -- maybe you should go through a maintenance cycle, make sure there won't be anything expensive to do, before turning to new rims?

(I know... I sound like *your Father!* -- and no doubt am old enough to be him too.)

 

Thanks, DAD, but I am able to monitor maint. Needs for it as well as look at rims. just kidding, but you assume if I were to buy a set of wheels for my car that I then wouldn't be able to afford to maintain it? Don't see the harm in looking around to determine what style fits me best.

I do like the Brabus rims. Some of the E430 rims are nice too. Depends how "far out" you want to go.

Here is another example. These are Brabus Mono V in 18x8.5 and 9.5 one piece original.

 

They are ok but for some reason I always feel the W210 looked best with the AMG Monoblocks...that is a classic look.
