Need updated thread on temp / clock dial replacement service
I've just done the "sliver of mouse mat to apply pressure" trick on the cluster from the wife's 2002 E430, and I'm not confident it's going to have done the deed - the ribbon cables are in much better condition than those I've seen in repair threads, and the car lived its whole life in south Texas with 150F+ in-car temperatures when parked in the sun.
In the threads on the forums, there are lots of references to things like "there is a company is MA, search the forum" or similar, but no actual links.
Using vanilla Google, I found guy http://www.instrumentclusters.com/ who appears to still be in business, in Virginia.
Can someone please post a phone number or a URL for a service they have used with success?

They do instrument cluster fixes for $225. I and several others I know have used them for this as well as throttle-body actuator repairs...
