Blinking recirc light - frustrated - would dealership even know?
when hot outside, and especially if car was in the sun for a while, the ac unit will reset itself. What most often happens, is that when I hit the brakes fairly hard, the recirc light will blink on the display and temperature settings and fan speed will return to the setting when I first started the car. The blower shuts off and then turns back on. I do not have error codes in the ac unit. Only thing that helps is to disconnet instrument cluster, and reconnect, I am then good to go for a while. I NEVER have the problem when cluster is disconnected. And, before you ask, I one changed instrument cluster and the problem still occured. Any clues? Is this the type of stuff a tech can figure out, or am I in for a run around?
Thanks!
Thanks!

300E a couple 1994 w124wagon E320 Wagon/,1971MGB Track/Rally, MG Midget Autocross ,2000 E320 wagon.
Appears to be a
loose harness or fault wire something is shifting with the brake force G's and losing power for a short period.
You changed the cc unit, have you inspected the plug harness and wires?

I have not changed the climate control unit. I did change the instrument cluster but all the connections appear just fine... And I do not get fault codes from my cc unit when retrieving then on the display...
