Your best bet is to look. On the tire it will say the size: XXX/XXR1X which translates to (width in mm)/(ratio between height and width)R(tire size in inches, either 16, 17, or 18).

As Saintz said wheel and tire size must match. Check for ET of wheel. For the W210 ET35 is best recommended. A 17x8 inch wheel will fit your car. A 235x 45- 17 series tire is ideal for the front and back. The front fit is more critical than the rear where there is more space to work with.

Be aware of the clearance with the inner knuckle bolt It is near the inner top of the front tire. That clearance limits the size of the tire you will install.
