Do you have a specific problem?
For general maintenance, Mercedes recommends Chevron Techron fuel system cleaner. Just pour it in the gas tank. You can find it at Walmart or auto parts stores.

this car has 215,000km and at idle it is a little rough my first move is to change the fuel filter, air filter and spark plugs and see if it changes i was just going to clean the injectors so i know they were in good shape just because i have no service history beyond 134,00km .i had a truck with the same problem and i was going to sell it then i cleaned the injectors and i ran like new
i just like creating my own service history and by changing these items that will be my starting point if you guys think that the techron cleaner is best i will add some in the tank please feel free to let me know anything else that you think i should be doing it greatly appreciated i have to fix r side cv boots and the l side outer tie rod and tune up the car drives nice and i really love it once these things are changed i'll be happy unless the idle problem still exists
i have ordered my parts from autohaus they should be here later next week ill post my results after the change thanks again i appreciate any advice you can offer

The things you are replacing are all a good idea at that mileage. Ditto to Chevron Techron Concentrate (MB even approves of that). Good luck!

Transmission oil from autohausaz or a dealer. Ask for what was originally in your car, not the newest that MB recommends for the newer 7-speed.
