Cat codes
I am reading codes for the cats on both sides. The rear cat on the passenger was rattaling so I removed and straight piped it. I also installed a new MAF sensor and all four Bosch O2 sensors. When i installed the straight pipe the rear cat was inpeices inside. The codes are still present is it possible that cat materials are clogging the exhaust systen and that is what is causing the codes. I do not have any other idea's any help would be appreciated.

It's generally a good idea to keep both sides balanced. That is if you remove the cat on one side remove the other as well.
If you find an indy (or dealer) with the right equipment they can test the back pressure in your exhaust system and see if it is in spec.

What codes?
The cat codes are indicated by failure of the pre cats.
Your secondary cat removal did nothing to cure the primary cat failure condition.

I will post the codes tomorrow , My only concern was that the codes read for both sides, Does both cats fail at once,That is my main concern and it doesn't seem likely that would happen, Hence I am looking for other idea's/

No they don't but in your case you didn't replace the cat you eliminated it. So one side is seeing slightly more pressure than the other.
