96 E-320 hiccup..getting worse
Hey there ya'll. My 96 E320 will at any given time, at idle say at a stop light, give a HARD MISS. Only one time per episode, like you shut the ignition off for a split second. Never sets a code, never does it more that once just out of the blue at idle. All regular maint. done, plugs/coils/filters even three injectors over the last 8 mo/ 4k miles. Is there a cam/crank sensor correlation that the computer reads? It acts like when a GM has that type of situation.......NOW as of this morning its becoming more frequent at idle...HELP!!!<!-- google_ad_section_end --><!-- / message -->

It might be a dirty MAF that you could clean/or replace, the CPS, or fuel pump. My car is in the shop right now cause the fuel pump is no longer working and while I'm driving it would just stall, when I turn te key it cranks but doesn't start. So if I just wait a bit it will turn right back on when I start it up.

Thanks for the input, Im leaning towards CPS/MAF. Fuel presure checks out consistant at the rail. Im now getting a "LAG" if I take off from light too hard. So somethings not keeping up with my foot!

Hey there, CPS is next on the agenda. MAF cleaning didnt change anything, and Im leaning toward doing the fuel pump also since I havent seen where the previous owner had replaced it. I have 213k on it now, the original owner kept great records/reciepts of which I have all.
