Cannot turn on ignition

I have an E320 2002. All the sudden, I cannot turn on the car. When insert the key, I hear a zzz... sound (normal) but cannot turn the key to right at all. Both my keys cannot remote control everything but will not turn on the ignition. Problems, fuse, Driver's Authorization system, etc. ??Any helps are appreciated.

The battery was replaced just 4 months ago. It could be that the ignition system is not well charged. I get the battery replaced in a non-MD dealer. How do I check if the ignition system is not fully charged.

300E a couple 1994 w124wagon E320 Wagon/,1971MGB Track/Rally, MG Midget Autocross ,2000 E320 wagon.
Put it on a 10amp

charger overnight. Key out of ignition and use the underhood charging post POsitive and hook the negative lead of the charger to a clean nut or the upper shaft of the shock tower.
Or you could check current state of battery charge by lifting the rear passenger seat and testing battery charge with a small multimeter.
Fully charge battery will show 12.6-12.8 volts.
