No

and 550 bucks for a used E55 muffler is crazy even if it would fit.
What kind of sound are you looking for?

Im getting it for 320 Shipped!! So there is no way that i will be able to fit a e55 muffler????? I just want it a bit louder than stock but not loud i dont want to even be able to tell that i have and exhaust in the car kinda what a e55 sounds from the factory a bit grunty but thats it. I found some threads that say its possible to fit it to a e430 and some comments were made that all w210 exhausts are compatible

You have the

orphan year engine the 420 is an M119
different exhaust than the M113 v8
where do you live?
If not in Ca. and even in Ca. if you can find a shop that will do it,
just cut out your secondary cat converters, put in straight pipes with an H-pipe crossover to balance out the exhaust pulses. Sounds nice, eliminates thee motor boat sound of the usual secondary cat deletes people perform.

Im going to take it to an exhaust place to get their opinion and see how much it would cost me. I kinda want it to be quite but want the exhaust tips and a little more grunt, maybe cutting the oem exhaust and welding this one on with a Y adaptor might work
