Yet another wheel question.........
or unclear? depending on the offset, it may be the suspension (too high an
offset), or the wheel arch lip (too low an offset) that will make contact with
the tire.
no one can really answer you definitively unless you provide offset, wheel width,
and the tire size you're selecting.

For your mentioned setup to work consider something like:
F: 19 x 8.5 ET 30-35
R: 19 x 10 ET 30-32
Fender side, you will need a guard roll, perhaps a bit of camber and I'd recommend 265s on the rear.
and also, try not to go wider than 265 in the rear to avoid rubbing.

your fender flaring big time. the cost will be much higher than a simple wheel
lip roll. the tire you use to maintain speedo and odo accuracy will be very low
profile that your ride will suffer (if that matters to you)
duh....he didn't mean 20 ET. he meant 20"

Ruining the ride quality is secondary to the issue?
Remember it was you that asked the question about 19's 10 inches wide rims with
275/30/19 installed. Sure they will fit just fine
And you ill have no problems at all.Whatsoever.You be sure to tell everyone how much clearance you have after losing nearly an inch towards the rear suspension and almost 2 inches pushed out towards the rear fenders.
