Cup Holder Lid Anyone?

Cup Holder Lid Anyone?
I am looking for two parts for my cup holder. The cup holder itself is fine. The panel and the lid are what is broken and needs to be replaced. The dealer wanted $450 to replace it today! That's not a typo. That is criminal is what it is. They brushed the price off because the lid is in fact real wood.
This is the last piece that I need to replace to restore my car back to show room condition. I was wondering if anyone know's where I might pick these two items up cheaper than the dealer. Local junk yards were of no help to me. Here are the part numbers and I don't know which one is the lid and which one is the panel:
210-680-0850
210-680-3139

Installation Instructions?
Anyone have any idea where I might find the installation instructions for the housing and the lid for the cup holder? I checked the sticky's and there is nothing there...Thanks!
