I've learned some things from ohlords posts but I've always wondered how he gets away with peddling his wares on here without being a sponsor. Seems like he would get banned in about 2 minutes flat on the 211 AMG page.

I'm the same way. I've had several friend requests and never accepted any of them. No disrespect intended to the people who asked me to friend them. I simply don't feel comfortable friending anyone I don't know personally. I'd hate to have some random strangers possible future bad behavior reflect negatively on me.

My 2 cents: Rob has helped me on numerous occasions (and on 2 different forums) ever since I bought this beast in 2006 and this month that makes 6 years. I'm willing to bet he will respond to private messages from many people who have treated him with the respect and admiration he certainly deserves.

Aren't you the same lame idiot that got banned from Benz World? In fact, if memory serves me, you are the exact reason that I quit using Benz World.
You never contribute anything positive to any of the threads but have somehow made it your business to attack one of our most helpful and knowledgeable members. And the moderators of this forum should be paying close attention to a couple of these threads.
As someone who actually does teach at the university level; if you ever replied to a fellow staff or faculty member in the same or similar fashion that you choose to on this board or on Benz World you would be escorted off of the campus grounds.
If anyone needs counseling on this forum it is definitely you!

I do not know the OP. I do not dislike the OP!!
Although not a professional educator, I have taught at all levels of HS and University. I have had years of diversity and bullying training. If this was a class room the OP would have been sent to the office for bullying.
This is getting very old and detracting from helping folks with issues. That is what I want to do. I may not be correct all the time, however I am entitled to an opinion..Have a great day!!

The way you post on Benzworld would have some of us believe you are the alter ego of Plutoe. When advised that using the cupholder in the W210 was not a good adea...this guy went off on a rant against one of the most helpful and long standing members over there.
Then when it came to the use of Icon wiper blades...WOW...you have a problem...worse than Plutoe.

Your reputation and knowledge speaks for itself. Everything ive ever learned from reading your posts and answers has always been spot on. If someone is dumb enough to believe this other person that you speak off, let them continue to muddle through on there own until they see that your solutions actually work. Don't punish the rest of us because of a few other idiots. That being said, I understand why you are doing what your doing, and I hope to see you over on Benzworld.
