Got my 19' Carlsson 2/5 and Vogtland springs on today. Loved the way it turned out. #1 or 5mm shims front and back.

2002 E430 (totaled at 230k miles), 2002 E55 AMG, 2001 CLK430--SOLD, 1997 C230


Added a 2002 E55 to the stable. It joins my 2002 E430. Look closely at the end of the driveway and there is my 2001 CLK430. Not shown is my daughter's 1997 C230

I'm new here as of today. I bought my 97 E420 brand new and it just turned 100k miles. It's black on black and still looks brand new. I'll post a picture as soon as i figure out how to navigate this site.

I think I need higher profile tires to decrease the gap between tire and fender.

No, you need to lower the car. What size tires are you running? Those look pretty close to what you should be running with 19" wheels. I had 245/35-19 front and 275/30-19 rear on the last set of 19" wheels I ran.

Okay, this goes back to my concern about the tire size I'm currently running. I have 235/35/19 on the front and 255/35/10 in the rear.

Even better. You can probably lower like 6 inches and not rub with those tire sizes.

Here’s both w210’s.
Just picked up the ‘97, it needs some diagnosing. It runs really rough and is stuck in limp mode.

off topic. I'm trying to buy a boot lid (trunk) for a w210 from indo. Any idea where i can source one around the Bogor or Jakarta area?
